Adam went above and beyond for us.
He was ready to show us homes with very little notice. He was able to give us an idea of how well the home was priced for the neighborhood. When walking through the home, he was able to answer questions we had and offered helpful knowledge about the home or ways to change certain things. He did not rush us or pressure us at all, even suggesting my husband and I take the afternoon to think it over, after seeing the home we believed to be “the one”…and it was/is! He was willing to enter into negotiations for us to obtain the most fair deal and encouraged us to negotiate! He offered to be at our new home for the delivery of furniture when our schedule didn’t allow us to be there to take delivery. We would recommend Adam to friends and would use him again ourselves.
